Return Window
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
Eligible Returns
We accept returns under the following circumstances:
- The item arrived damaged or defective
- You received the wrong item
- The item is unused and in its original packaging
Please note: We do not accept returns for change of mind once the order has been delivered.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items that have been used or washed
- Items without original packaging
- Items returned after 7 days of delivery

Refund Process
As we operate on a Cash on Delivery basis, approved refunds are issued as store credit or bank transfer within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
